Troy Gandee is a real estate agency founder and broker-in-charge (BIC). He is a licensed real estate agent and an active real estate investor with over 10 years of experience in the local Charleston market.
Troy began selling real estate throughout Charleston in 2012 after graduating from the College of Charleston. In 2017, he opened Maven Realty, LLC, to share his expertise across a wider market. He wanted to focus on quality over quantity, delivering the attention, support, and customer service only a small, local firm could provide.
Troy’s dedication and expertise have earned him significant recognition within the real estate industry. Since 2020, he has consistently been honored with the Realtors of Distinction Award by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR), achieving Platinum (Top 2%) or Gold (Top 5%) status each year. CTAR, the local Realtors organization that oversees the MLS, highlights Troy’s exceptional performance in Charleston’s competitive market.
In 2014, Troy founded Pragma Properties to buy, renovate, and resell investment properties. He manages a diverse portfolio of passive holdings and has built an extensive knowledge base for real estate investing.
